Manit needed a product that could run structured candidate interviews asynchronously, not another form builder. The system had to feel like a real conversation, capture transcripts, and turn the session into usable hiring insight.
It also had to ship fast: this was one of two custom products delivered together inside a single one-month engagement.

The product focused on what hiring teams actually need: consistent interview quality, a clear candidate trail, and scores they can compare, without forcing every screening onto a human calendar.
