The challenge
Coaching that sees the movement, not just a timer.
Manit wanted a workout product that felt like a coach in the room: webcam pose tracking, rep counting for core lifts, and feedback that reacts to how someone actually moves.
It had to be a real software product (UI, session flow, and computer-vision pipeline) not a prototype demo reel, and it had to land in the same delivery window as AI Recruiter.
The approach
Pose estimation meets a usable training UI.
We built a web fitness experience on a computer-vision stack (pose estimation + exercise logic for movements like squats, push-ups, and curls), with a live annotated feed and dashboard surfaces for progress.
Optional voice coaching tied into the same product direction, so the agent could guide form while the vision layer counted what the camera saw.
The outcome
A second custom product. Same month. Same client.
AI Workout Agent shipped as a working vision-led coaching product (exercise selection, live form feedback, and session metrics) completing a dual custom-software delivery for Manit Ghogar in one month.
