The challenge

Adzana needed Finvoice to handle the full document lifecycle: customers, estimates, proforma, tax invoices, credit notes, and receipts, with a dashboard operators could trust daily.
The UI had to stay fast, structured, and ready for AI-assisted workflows without drowning users in finance-software clutter.

We engineered a React frontend with authenticated app chrome, document creation flows, reporting surfaces, and an AI chat drawer, wired for modern finance operations.
Desktop-first layouts kept complex invoice screens readable, while shared patterns across document types reduced training time.
