The challenge
Deliverability audits were too manual to scale.
Formula Inbox needed audits that could start from Notion, create inbox placement tests, check DNS/auth signals, score content spam risk, inspect blacklists, and pull Postmaster reputation, then return structured results without stitching five tools by hand.
The approach
One engine. Many checks. Results back into Notion.
We built a Python audit system that watches Notion for Running audits, creates GlockApps tests, manages seed lists, sends via Gmail SMTP, calls Postmark spam checks, scrapes Google Postmaster with Playwright, and populates placement, reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, blacklist, and issue fields automatically.

Milestone 2: audits that run themselves.
The Email Audit System shipped for Truitt / Formula Inbox as an automated deliverability pipeline, status tracking, multi-provider checks, and Notion as the operator console.
